I thought I was just anxious. Sensitive. “Too much.”
On the outside, I appeared capable and dependable—the one others leaned on. Inside, my body was almost always braced. Even in moments of calm, there was a quiet unease, like something might go wrong if I let my guard down. Rest felt unsafe. Stillness felt suspicious. Peace never lasted long enough to trust.
I learned early how to read the room, manage emotions, and adapt to what others needed. I became a caretaker and over-functioner while quietly disappearing from myself. Beneath it all lived shame and self-doubt—an ongoing question of whether my needs were too much or whether I was asking for something I hadn’t earned. Asking for help felt heavy. Perfectionism became protection.

Over time, my body began to speak what I couldn’t—chronic fatigue, gut and autoimmune issues, anxiety held in my chest and belly, and depression that felt less like sadness and more like collapse after years of holding too much. This wasn’t weakness. It was a nervous system shaped by survival.
Thirteen years into sobriety, I experienced breathwork—and everything changed.
Through breathwork and somatic awareness, I learned that I wasn’t broken—my nervous system had simply learned to survive. Healing didn’t come from trying harder or thinking differently. It came from teaching my body that the present moment was safe. That calm didn’t mean danger. That I didn’t have to brace anymore.

An Infiniti Breathwork session is a guided, body-based experience designed to support nervous system regulation and embodied awareness. We begin slowly, establishing safety, choice, and orientation in the body. Your nervous system always sets the pace.
Using conscious connected breath and somatic awareness, we work with the body to release stored stress and tension while increasing your capacity to stay present with sensation. The breath becomes a steady anchor—helping your system shift out of chronic activation and into a more regulated, responsive state.
Each session is unique. You may notice physical sensations, emotional movement, insight, or a deep sense of grounding and clarity. Some sessions feel subtle and settling; others feel expansive. All experiences are welcome.
We close with integration, allowing your nervous system to absorb the experience so the benefits carry into your daily life—supporting greater ease, self-trust, and connection in how you live and relate.
This work is gentle, intentional, and deeply restorative.
